The employees have to wear surgical masks. The employees get too hot in their masks. The employees are working in a hot factory, wearing PPE. They directed the fans down to the floor, but in most areas, they are not really helping. The employees work for 12 hours, with breaks at 4-hour intervals. Employees are only given a 5-minute break on an hour when there is no break scheduled if they get too hot.
