1) Employees working in buildings 2, 83 and 84 are being exposed to COVID-19 infection in that the employer is not following the CDC recommended prevention and control practices of providing hand sanitizer to the employees. 2) Employees working in buildings 2, 83 and 84 are being exposed to COVID-19 infection in that the employer is not following the CDC recommended prevention and control practices to limit HCP exposure by not designating entire units within the facility, with dedicated HCP, to care for patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection. The dedicated HCP are not being assigned to care only for these patients during their shifts.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 23
