(1) Employees working in the mills, piston pins, coiling and piston room manufacturing areas not wearing face coverings or are not wearing the face covering in a manner which covers both the employee's nose and mouth when in close proximately to other people to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (2) Risk of Covid19 exposure, masking and face covering has not been enforced or social distancing, 6 COVID-19 positive cases since the beginning of November. (3) Employees are not notified when exposed to another employee who has recently tested positive for COVID-19. (4) Employees are not notified about potential exposure to metals, including lead, Nickle, and barium while handling and working with wire material or provided with proper training and PPE.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
