Complaint: The employer is not enforcing proper use of face masks on production floor. Findings: The employer required face masks to be worn at all times. Employees interviewed confirmed that the employer was enforcing face mask use. Complaint: There are areas within production which do not use barriers when social distancing is not possible. Findings: The employer had implemented social distancing efforts whenever possible. Employees interviewed confirmed that in areas where social distancing was not possible, Plexiglas barriers had been installed. Complaint: A COVID-19 related worker fatality may have occurred approximately 3 weeks ago that was not reported to OSHA.
