The employer has not implemented the CDC guidelines to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Employee(s) are suspected to have tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer has allowed the employee(s) to continue to work. Employees have been called back into work while still showing symptoms of being positive with COVID-19 and within the 14 day minimum requirement. There are no limitations on the number of people allowed in the store at any given time. 800 plus patrons frequent the store on a daily basis without the protocols of a cleaning procedure or enforcing social distancing.
