Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus at the workplace, due to: 1. There are confirmed cases of the infection among members of the workforce at this facility; 2. The wearing of masks is not enforced; 3. Maintaining a distance of 6 feet between employees is not possible; 4. Physical barriers between employees have not been installed; 5.
