1. The employer has not implemented the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines as they relate to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) into the workplace to include elements such as, but not limited to: - Practicing social distancing by ensuring employees maintain six (6) feet from each other when inside the breakroom area; and - Taking temperatures of all personnel (e.g. employees, visitors) entering the facility. 2. The breakroom is not maintained in a sanitary condition in that there is dust and debris from construction activities on the floors and tables, thus exposing employees to health hazards.
