1. The employer did not adequately plan the shut down of the restroom facilities. Employees are forbidden to access the restrooms. There is no running water at the facility for hand-washing in times of a pandemic. There is one portable toilet shared by all the employees plus construction workers that are active at the site. Sanitation is out of control, and employees are exposed to a virus outbreak. 2. The employer does not maintain an effective Infectious Disease Preparedness and Prevention Program for Covid-19. Upon knowledge of positive cases, the employer does not trace, check and quarantine exposed employees. Sanitation of common areas and equipment is deficient. Sanitation supplies are not available.
