1. The Sterile Processing Services area had some HVAC issues reported since September 18.; these had to with Temp/RH & presence of black dust particles suspected of asbestos.For more than a year, the AC in the sterile storage area malfunctioned every time there was a step taken in the main construction project. 2. Plumbers worked for the entire day without creating a barrier for protection at all.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 100
