Hazard Description related to concerns regarding exposure to COVID-19: Employee alleges required COVID-19 posters are not posted in workplace. Employee alleges that employee health screenings are not conducted prior to entering workplace. Employee alleges that there is an increase for employee exposure to COVID-19 because they are operating above capacity limits not the one person per 200 square feet guideline. Masks are allegedly being worn improperly by staff. Employee alleges employees are exposed to chemicals while tub disinfected for clients which creates respiratory hazard. Additional Information Provided on July 16, 2020: Employee alleges that employer does not have a hazard communication program and that employees have not reviewed Safety Date Sheets for chemicals used in salon.
