1. The employer is not complying with the Governor¿s COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. A "Gift Show" is being held from August 30th, 2020 until September 3rd, 2020. This event will have attendees in close contact with sales representatives, and potentially expose all that are in attendance to Covid-19. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining 50% occupancy at all times.
