1. Employees are not provided with the proper PPE to prevent exposure to COVID-19. Management stated that N95 masks are being reserved for ICU employees only. 2. Management stated that employees must provide their own N95 masks if they want it. 3. Positive COVID-19 patients are being put in the same room as non-COVID-19 patients, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19.
