1. Employees are told to reuse N95 respirators at least four times. Between uses, masks are supposed to be disinfected by a third-party company. However, masks are not being disinfected during the weekend. 2. When the employer runs out of a certain size respirator, employees are provided different respirators sizes that they are not fit tested for. If employees do not wear those respirators, then they must reuse their previous respirator without it being disinfected. 3. N95 respirators are being damaged during disinfection and are being bent.
