1. Failure to comply with the mandate for employees to wear face coverings. Five employees have failed to comply with the State face covering mandate putting multiple employee¿s health at risk. 2. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces. During a meeting held on 11/11/2020, four employees within an enclosed office were not wearing face covering and not maintaining a minimum of six-foot distance while interacting in public spaces.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 9
