T8CCR 3203(a)(6) - Four cases of COVID-19 occurs at the site this month. The only action the employer took was to mandate the use of face mask/face covers. Prior to this happening, the use of face mask was not mandatory and only of volunteer use. Face mask/covers became mandatory this week. Employees who tested positive returned to work without completing quarantine.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
