1. On July 6, 2020, an employee came to work with a fever. The manager did not send her home and had her stay at work. The next day she was sent to test for COVID-19 and tested positive. The manager did not tell the other employees that an employee is working with a fever. The employees working around the COVID-19 employee also tested positive for COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
