1. Four employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer did not let employees to be tested for COVID-19. The employer is double booking patients (scheduled every 15 minutes). The doctor has seen patients who have checked on their entrance exam of having two or more possible COVID-19 symptoms. 2. The employer has not closed to store for sanitation. The lobby is crowded and patients are sitting in chairs and the office is so busy that the chairs are not even sanitized after every patient. The patient's lobby is cleaned on 3 times a day.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
