The employer did not evaluate and/or correct hazards from COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer did not identify and notify employees who may have come into contact with employees who tested positive for SARS-CoV2. An employee returned to the jobsite after an overseas vacation, before completing a company-required 14 day quarantine and before receiving results of a test. The employee tested positive, then two superintendents developed symptoms and at least one superintendent tested positive. The superintendents have been in contact with many employees on site.
