1. It has been reported that employees are not being adequately protected from COVID-19. It has been reported that customers are allowed in the store without facemasks. This is exposing the employees to potential illness associated with COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It has been reported that employees are not being adequately protected from COVID-19. It has been reported that there have been two positive cases at the workplace and the employer has not followed proper COVID protocol for quarantine of those in close contact with the positive cases.
