The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-74 and 20-81 which include requirements for COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in place for the establishment. 2. The employer has not established health screening protocols for employees to follow prior to entering the facility. 3. The employer is not requiring employees to keep physically distanced of at least six feet from each other within the facility. 4.
