The employer is not following guidelines set forth in the executive order 20-81 and COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer is allowing workers who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 instead of being instructed not to report to work until their isolation or quarantine period is completed. 2.
