The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-74 and 20-81, which include COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Construction Businesses, specifically: 1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in place for job sites. 2. The employer is not communicating COVID-19 protocols to employees and subcontractors on job sites. 3. The employer is not requiring employees and subcontractors on job sites to wear face coverings at all times when working indoors or within six feet of others when outdoors. 4. The employer is not ensuring health screenings are being conducted for all workers entering job sites.

On March 3, 2024 I placed an order for several clothing items that totaled to $39.16. Afterwards I received a email with my confirmation number. I still haven’t received my order, and after emailing the company regarding not receiving my order, I haven’t received a a response.
