1. Employees that are showing symptoms of COVID are required to report to work rather than waiting for test results (the employer's COVID Preparedness Plan is not being followed). 2. Employees are working at seven bars/establishments where no barrier guard is in place to protect the employee from individuals when bingo is being played. 3.
