Regulatory Report

1450 East Beecher Street, Adrian, 49221 Michigan, United States

A week and a half ago 1 person tested positive for COVID-19. A few days later it moved up to 3 people positive. A few days later it moved up to 6 people. There is NO deep cleaning being done in between shifts. Everyone rotates after breaks and no cleaning is being done. The establishment is now at 8 people positive and there are more out being tested. Management is not informing people who have been in close contact with the positive people, and they are not ing tested.
