1. During this COVID pandemic, a supervisor has been in direct contact with a COVID positive family member in the same Household, and has refused to self quarantine and has come to work exposing not only the staff but our customers. Our work requires a daily health check in and it specifically asks if you have been in contact with a COVID positive person. The supervisor has declined to answer that honestly and has continued to come to work. 2.
