1. An employee had 2 family members she lives with test positive for covid 19, she then got tested and while awaiting her test results the office manager and doctors had her come into work to possibly expose other coworkers and patients. They continued to allow her everywhere in the office and even sit down with patients to schedule their surgeries all while waiting for her test results. Now today we discovered that she was tested positive for COVID 19 and has been positively exposing everyone in the office including our patients because they would not send her home.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-30
