1. The office has not been cleaned or sanitized during the pandemic. 2. The employees are not being screened with questions or having their temperatures taken. 3. No precautions are being taken although employees are going into and out of places with COVID everyday. 4. There is equipment that has COVID on it in the facility with no measures being taken to make sure employees are safe. 5.
