Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning work place|Employer not providing PPE such as gloves, masks, face shields, etc. The factory closed down for one month during the stay at home order. The employees returned to work in April. The supervisor let everyone know that an employee had COVID-19 and the person has been gone for 11 days. They told them that they could not release the name of the employee however they have cleaned down the areas where the employee work. They have not shut down the factory to clean the place thoroughly. They allowed employees to return to work. Wearing gloves is optional. Employees are not provided additional PPE, only ear plugs, glasses and face shields for welding.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-28
