Throughout the production facility, social distancing policies/procedures for reducing the likelihood of employee exposure to COVID-19 have not been implemented and/or enforced as the minimum six foot distance guideline is not being followed to control the spread of the virus. 2. Throughout the production facility, after being informed of employee(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the workplace, the employer is not performing adequate cleaning/disinfecting of potentially contaminated work area(s) and/or equipment to control the spread of the virus. 3. In the fill room, after being informed of employee(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19, the employer does not follow CDC isolation guidelines prior to allowing infected employees to return to the workplace, potentially exposing other employees to the virus.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 200
