1. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past few days. 2. Some employees are being told about contact with a possible positive case, however, this is limited to departments in which the employees that tested positive primarily work. Some supervisors and leads have lengthy conversations at close range with employees from several departments throughout the day. The employees that are contacted on those excursions from an employee's normal department are not notified of positive tests, preventing them from quarantining in accordance with CDC guidance. This does not align with procedures within a department where anybody who has had close contact with a recently identified COVID-19 case is directed to quarantine for 14 days to ensure that they are not within the workplace if they become symptomatic.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
