1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not clean and sanitize all areas of the facility as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) after COVID-19 cases are identified or confirmed. 2. The employer allows workers diagnosed with COVID-19 to return to work prior to the designated quarantine recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thereby potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. 3. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that managers and employees are practicing social distancing and/or wearing adequate face coverings as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
