Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Where all of the employees work in quite close proximity, the employer waited 2 days before informing others that an employee had tested positive for the virus; 2. Employees work stations are less than 6 feet apart; 3. There has been at least one time when sanitization supplies ran out and were unavailable for 2-3 weeks; 4.
