1. The area was not cleaned and sanitized after a nurse tested positive for Covid-19. 2. Staff are not provided face masks, gloves or hand sanitizer. 3. The wearing of face masks is not being enforced for either customers or employees. 4. There is no social distancing or dividers utilized at the facility.
