1. Employees are not provided with sufficient quantities of facemasks in that they are required to reuse masks for up to 4 days before they get new ones. 2. Employees are not provided with disposable gowns and are not allowed to access to storage room to get new ones. 3. Employees in close contact with positive patients for COVID19 in the long-term care unit, do not have alcohol or sanitizing products available. 4. Employees in the long-term care unit that are providing assistance and care to positive cases to COVID19 are not provided with face shields. 5. Employees are not informed immediately after confirmation of positive cases for COVID among patients. 6. Employer has not developed a donning and doffing protocols for employees providing assistance to positive cases in the long-term care unit. 7. Employees are reusing cloth gowns without washing and disinfection of such gowns, exposing them to potential COVID19 infection. 8. Employer provided housekeeping cleaning products to disinfect surfaces for COVID19 that are not approved by EPA to sanitize work surfaces.
