The employer has selected PPE to protect employees (gowns, gloves, face shields, and masks) in the residential programs but is not providing nor requiring the PPE to be used. The employer did not disinfect the areas in the residential programs accessed by a known to be infected with COVI-19 person, prior to allowing employees to access that area. The employer is not ensuring that cleaning and disinfecting products are readily available in the residential programs to employees to accomplish required cleaning. The employer is not ensuring a supply of soap and hand sanitizer in the residential programs.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
