1. Employees do not wear masks when working in close proximity (less than 6 feet) of other employees and patients. Patients are not required to wear masks when in close proximity of employees. Not wearing masks increases the potential for transmission of Covid-19. 2. Covid-19 screening (temperature checks) is not conducted for incoming patients and employees. A screening station is setup but not utilized. 3. Employees do not wash their hands after contacting other people and/or commonly contacted surfaces.
