All staff whom work in our residential homes are no longer allowed to wear any type of footwear into the worksites amid the Covid-19 pandemic which is unsanitary and unsafe due to the fact that we work with individuals in wheelchairs as well other individuals who attempt to elope. We deal with bodily fluids that can easily be absorbed into socks and they are a slipping hazard. Hazard Location: All Passavant home locations.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
