Item 1: On 9/18/20 a patient that tested positive with COVID-19 was transferred to unit 22 which is a psychiatric inpatient unit. On the unit this patient moved around freely interacting with other patients and 20 employees. He was not quarantined on the unit even though his last test was positive and was performed only 6 days prior.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 21
