1) Management in Rockefeller are planning to open the Concourse mall as part of New York City phase 2 COVID opening on 6/23/20; New York City malls are not allowed to open until phase 4. 2) No measures have been implemented to keep people 6 feet apart in the concourse. 3) No requirements for people to wear a mask in the concourse have been implemented, putting workers in danger of catching COVID -19, especially with the halls mostly being narrow in that area. 4) Foot traffic flow has not been addressed; there is nothing keeping people from entering and exiting the same way in the concourse.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
