1. Employees have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the facility has not been cleaned or disinfected. 2. Numerous employees (workers) tested positive for COVID-19 and in accordance to CDC guidance employee are not quarantine and are allowed continue work at the clinic potentially infecting other employees (workers).
