Employees of a nonclinical nature have, until recently, not been required to wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Three members of the nonclinical staff recently tested positive for COVID-19. Employees are concerned there now may be many nonclinical employees who are asymptomatic due to this issue. Employees are concerned that employees who show signs of illness are not quarantined or sent home until a negative test has been presented. These are possible violations of the General Duty Clause, Section 5 (a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 500
