T8 CCR § 3203(a)(2) ¿ Employer no longer enforces facial coverings order in the workplace; no longer prohibits the use of shared equipment (cash registers) and objects (customer¿s shopping bags), and no longer enforces physical distancing protocol at the checkout lines. At nighttime (manager) does not enforce face coverings for either employees or customers in the store. She also allows employees to share cash registers without sanitizing equipment prior to usage and allows the sharing of customer-provided bags. Two weeks ago, floor was replaced and Employer never replaced the stickers indicating physical distancing on the new flooring.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 50
