The facility is not following the IN Executive Order in regards to Covid 19. There are no signs, no social distancing requirements inside, outside, or floor markers in club house, no mask signage an masks are not required in facility by employees or patrons, There is a bar area with patrons sitting next to each other and inside 6 feet of the server. If renting a cart, you may not rent one alone, you will have to ride with someone else. There was no washing down/disinfecting the carts after use and before being rented again and that the clubhouse personnel did not wipe down tables or complete any disinfecting of their surfaces, after use.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-28
