1. Employees in a training class tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday, 11/20/20. The site was closed down for the rest of the day, and it was not cleaned before reopening on Saturday, 11/21/20 morning. The employees in that training class were sitting within 6 feet of each other without masks for their 8-hour shifts. On Monday, 11/23/20, there were employees of that training class still in the office putting other employees at danger. Those employees had close contact with the people who tested positive so they should have been quarantined. 2. Nobody was taking employees' temperatures on Monday morning, 11/23/20, to assure the employees entering the building were not showing symptoms from being exposed the previous Friday.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-01
