Complainant alleges: 1. Workers are being exposed to COVID-19 because some employees are not wearing masks as a required. Social distancing is not encouraged on the site. 2. There is a known active case. Other employees were exposed to the person with COVID-19 for at least 1 week before anyone was informed. We were not instructed to quarantine or get tested, minority employees were still told to work, and others went home. 20 workers were present at the beginning of today's shift, approximately 10 employees left, no supervisors were present. 3. Cranes on this site used for lifting heavy objects are broken, and or not being used properly. Workers were almost injured more than once. 4. Employees do not wash hands and bathrooms are never cleaned.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 30
