1. Employees, engaged in highway construction and associated temporary traffic control duties, are exposed to hazards due to the high-visibility vests etc. provided being heavily soiled and/or worn, and not up to current specifications. 2. Employees engaged in temporary traffic control duties, including flagging etc. are exposed to hazards due to not being provided with radios when they are not working within line-of-sight of each other, at times due to fog. 3. Training for employees in flagging etc. is not provided in a language they understand. 4. At times, drinking water is not provided and/or runs out. 5.
