The employer does not clean the workplace adequately: folks do not clean the crew area, not keeping up with the cleaning; only clean 8 hours within a day (establishment open for longer than 8 hours); no logs are kept of the effort; they run out of cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers, towels, bleach. Cooks do not use gloves. Hazard locations: gaming area, kitchen, bathrooms.
