1. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between persons/patrons in public spaces. The employer is allowing full capacity in the store which is 180 people. 2. Multiple employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not allowing possibly exposed employees to quarantine. 3. The employer does not provide sanitizing and cleaning products. When employees ask for cleaning products management says they do not have any.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
