Regulatory Report

1615 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands, 92374 California, United States

T8CCR 3203 There have been several Covid-19 outbreaks at many Beaver Medical Group clinics and the staff and management is not taking proper precaution in closing the clinic for proper cleaning or informing all staff of exposures. Instead they are running business as usual and allowing patients to come into their clinics with no exposure warning. Some staff are being asked to work while waiting for their results without informing patients or other employees. In one particular instance an administrative employee seeked information and was told there was an outbreak at her clinic and when she asked to go home and quarantine and work from home she was advised to report to the Corporate office for the next 2 weeks and not say anything to any of the employees of possible exposure in fear of media attention. I work out of the Corporate office and do not feel safe that they are using our office to send those individuals who are exposed to the virus to potentially expose the rest of the building. No proper screening checks are being done out of the corporate office.
