T8 CCR 3203(a) Employer does not have any procedures in place to prevent employees from getting COVID-19. The employer allowing sick employees (fevers) to come to work. Employer is not taking temperatures of employees. No follow up when or employee get tested. Over he last two weeks ~3-4 employees have been ill.
